I've seen stamps proclaiming love for dogs, cats, and the like--which is all well and good--but none for bettas! What a pity. They're such charming critters.

If you harbor a fondness for bettas, betas, Siamese fighting fish--whatever you call 'em, all are correct--then this stamp is for you. :)

I KNOW. It's absolutely horrible. When I see my Fighter in his tank zooming happily from one end to the other, it makes me want to buy every Betta and decent-sized tank I can get my hands on, just so that they could live out their days in good, warm water and lots of space :no:

Hear, hear. I often feel a surge of pity for the poor things in those little cups at the pet store. What they end up in is usually not much better. T__T;; I can justify keeping them in those quarter-gallon bowls if the water is kept warm and clean--bettas in the wild do live in puddles--but most people just don't care to put in that extra time/money.

I'd say your boy and mine ought to do lunch . . . but somehow I don't think that'd turn out well. XD;;
